Once your account has been opened, the account opening charges become non-refundable even if you decide to not use your account.
In the event you accidentally made multiple payments, please write to us at helpdesk@maxgiveinvestment.com and we shall process the appropriate refund.
In case your account has not been opened, your refund will be initiated within 7 business days of receiving the refund request. Your refund is estimated to be credited in the account, used for making the account opening charge, within 7 to 14 days after initiating the refund. Please note that the timing of the actual account credit is dependent on multiple external agencies such as banks, payment gateways and credit card companies.
For all other cases, no cancellations will be allowed.
